By default your proxy ships in a country you pick. For an extra $1.50/proxy/mo you can pin it to a specific US state + city — useful for local SEO, geo-targeted ad checks, or matching an account's claimed location.
Where do the IPs come from?
We resell from an established upstream provider rather than running our own network; per their published policy, IPs are sourced from consenting users in GDPR/CCPA-compliant programs. That reseller model is also why the price is $3.99 instead of $12+.
Do you offer refunds?
